Performing Arts at VIBGYOR Schools incorporates a variety of disciplines such as music, dance, and theatre, all of which are performed in front of an audience. Children who participate in performing arts are encouraged to express their feelings, use their imagination, and find their unique voice. The diverse ways that each of the arts—music, dance, and drama—engages a child's mind, body, and sub consciousness encourages joy in self-expression and builds their self-confidence. For children, learning music, dance, and drama has numerous advantages. It not only gives children the skills to think creatively, but it also helps them perform better academically. At VIBGYOR High, we encourage students' exploration of the dance, music, and theatre worlds by giving them a variety of avenues to showcase their skills. Students are exposed to an array of theatre, dance, and music (instrumental and vocal) aspects through our Inter-House competitions, Annual performances, and Viva Premiere competitions, which helps them develop into well-rounded individuals.
