Globally, education systems are expanding and diversifying at an exponential rate, with new specialised courses being developed for various target audiences. At the same time, as a result of the consequences of globalisation, digitization, and climate change, the skills necessary for professions and occupations are continually changing. These developments boost options while also making it more challenging for young learners to make decisions.

In order for students to build career management skills, career guidance is crucial. They will be able to develop life plans that will help them meet the challenges of the VUCA world (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) and act as responsible agents in their surroundings as a result, achieving their full potential.

University Placements

VIBGYOR has achieved remarkable success in securing college placements for its students. The Career Counselling services at VIBGYOR encompass a wide range of resources aimed at assisting students throughout the college search and application journey. These resources include college visits, prospective campus tours, campus to corporate program and series of Alumni talks through Instagram and in person classroom visits. Additionally, the school has established collaborations for mentoring Indian entrance exams such as CLAT,JEE, NEET as well as standardized tests like SAT, ACT, and PSAT, which are often necessary for admission into foreign universities.

At VIBGYOR, various events like University Fairs are arranged to provide students with the latest information on emerging career opportunities. These events feature industry experts who are invited to showcase the offerings of their respective universities. Additionally, Career Talks are organized, inviting VIBGYOR alumni from around the world to share their experiences and challenges. Through these talks, students gain valuable insights that help them shape their university roadmap (shortlisting universities, understanding campus life, other pre-requisites of the university.

The skilled career counselling team at our institution maintains constant communication with both national and international universities. They actively arrange and schedule regular visits from university representatives to VIBGYOR campuses These visits provide valuable opportunities for students to attend presentations by foreign universities. By attending these presentations, students gain the advantage of making well-informed decisions and selecting the universities that align best with their goals.
