Job Description:

- Teach Biology to the IGCSE board students
- Prepare for each lesson plan i.e. read plans, attend curriculum related workshops and seek clarification, if necessary.
- Gear the program to the needs of every student with a concern for their interests.
- Create and manage a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Correction of Books / Assessments of assignments.
- Provide curriculum feedback to the Grade Level Coordinator.
- Update the respective Grade Level Coordinator about any significant episode or incident relating to the class.
- Inculcate discipline in and out of the Class environment.
- Discuss student related issues with the parents appropriately.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation procedures needed to assess the developmental levels of the students.
- Attend all staff meetings & participate in the recommended training programs, conferences, courses and other aspects of professional growth.
