We earmark one teacher for a group of 12 students. This ensures the personal touch, seamless facilitation, and friendly monitoring. It also enables the teacher to detect emotional blocks/problems, if any, and resolve them.
We uphold that each child is a unique individual with different skill sets, motivators and learning channels. Working with this in mind, we design all interventions, teaching strategies and supports to meet the specific learning styles of the individual child. Small-sized classes enable our teachers to implement a curriculum that is enriched with activities that promote experiential learning and ensure maximum participation from the students.
